Those who do not perform charity and good deeds live in poverty. In poverty, they commit sinful acts, which lead them to hell. Then they are born poor and commit sinful acts.
Whatever good or bad deeds we have, they have to be endured. Unexperienced deeds don't disappear even in millions of years.
